OUR HAIR COLOURING POLICY

For first time colour Guests, you will be required to undergo a patch/skin test up to 48hrs prior to your colour appointment. Please note this is required by law policy and is in place for your health and safety.

We do have an age restriction for all colouring services this is 16.

(Please note we have a 48hr cancellation / rescheduling policy anything within this period will result in a loss of deposit ).

*OUR CANCELLATION / RESCHEDULING POLICY

We do require deposits for all appointments booked.This will be taken at time of booking and will be 50% of the total service.

We operate a strict 48hr cancellation/ reschedule policy- this mean’s that if you cancel or reschedule your appointment prior to this time the deposit is fully transferable/refundable.

If you fail to give us the minimum 48hrs notice we will take the deposit as a loss for the stylist’s time and a new deposit will be required to reschedule.

COLOUR TECHNIQUES EXPLAINED

LIVED IN COLOUR

Lived in hair colour is a subtle highlighting method working to blend your natural root to giving a seamlessly blended shadowed root . This works on most hair colour’s .

Balayage :

The word Balyalage is a french word meaning to “sweep” it involves a lightening free hand painting technique on to the hair with sweeping motions creating a subtle luxurious finish

Foliage :

A lightening technique involves the same sweeping movements as balayage , it gives a bolder result. The sections of hair are wrapped in foil instead of being left to air dry.

Face framing :

Face framing highlights as it says …. it is a colouring technique slightly lighter or bolder around the face area on either bangs or soft layers or longer length hair contouring the face . This is often referred to as a money piece it creates an instant brighter feel .

Toning :

Bespoke colour used to personalise the tone of your hair .depending if you would like to see a warmth or cool neutralise brassy tones or pastel shades .

Global colouring :

This is when we just when we use one colour shade on all your hair. This can be a permanent or semi permanent hair colour.
