We kindly ask for at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel your appointment, otherwise this will incur the loss of your deposit. We understand sometimes this is necessary due to unexpected circumstances.

Skin tests are required for all new colour clients at least 48 hours before your appointment if you haven’t been to the salon for a colour service within 6 or/and if you have changed or are now on medication a skin test is also required.

Please be aware that if you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment it will be up to the discretion of the stylist if she can complete your full service. A reduced service may be required or a re-booking made.

All our appointments will be subject to a deposit .

Balayage -£100 Deposit

Colour -£50 Deposit

Cutting -£25 Deposit

If your appointment is missed /or unattended then a 50% charge of the service will be charged.
